Congratulations to our MARC Scholars on finishing the semester off strong! Keep up the good work, Scholars! Have a great summer at your summer research experiences!

In addition to celebrating the end of the semester, the Scholars received etiquette training with Drs. Hamilton and Flores at Sansone’s Bistro during the MARC cohort social this week. Stay tuned for more information on future socials and seminars from the MARC Program!

Rosa Parks Diversity Award

We would like to congratulate one of our scholars, Kaylae Nakamura, for being the recipient of the Rosa Park Diversity Award this year. On top of being a part of the MARC U-STAR Scholars Program, she also served as the Hawai’i Club of Auraria President, Council of Asian Student Leaders Co-President, and is a student leader in InterVarsity Ministries.
